At the annual Grand Challenges meeting - the tenth anniversary meeting - a consortium of partners including Brazil, Canada, India, Norway, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States reflected on a decade of progress and lessons learned, and they committed to fund a new phase of Grand Challenges. This commitment includes three new Grand Challenges programs: All Children Thriving, Putting Women and Girls at the Center of Development, and New Interventions for Global Health.
